Did Nigerian students’ lives materially improve under him?

Did public universities become more stable, better funded, more future-ready?

Did basic education for the poorest children expand meaningfully?

If the honest answer is “not enough,” then this legacy is aspirational, something his family is trying to build after his presidency, not something he firmly delivered during it.
