Be happy that you helped someone succeed, not that you helped them fail.

Your greatest legacy is not the number of people you outperformed.
It is the number of people you empowered.

In a competitive world, some people derive satisfaction from seeing others stumble. They withhold knowledge, celebrate mistakes, or create obstacles just to stay ahead.

But growth chooses a different path.

There is honor in mentoring.
There is joy in encouraging.
There is fulfillment in seeing someone rise because you extended a helping hand.

True confidence is not threatened by another person's success.

When you help others grow, you don't become smaller—you become more impactful.

One day, people may forget your achievements, but they will remember how your guidance, kindness, or support changed the course of their lives.

So be the person who opens doors instead of closing them.
