Just thinking how a fictitious agency in government was given and office space at the Federal Secretariat, got a budget of N1.3bn from the federal budget, received Ambassadors and represented government at the highest level and even bypass foreign affairs protocol. Mr President or his trusted friends must be involved, else by now the persons involve should be languishing in jail
