Canada's🇨🇦 #FIFAWC2026 journey was ended by Morocco🇲🇦, who are the first African country to reach the quarter-finals in consecutive men's World Cups ⚽🔥.

Azzedine Ounahi scored a BRACE, he's the 3rd Moroccan to score a brace in World Cup history… and the FIRST ever to do in a knockout match! 🤯👏👏.

Soufiane Rahimi added gloss to the scoreline at the very end, scoring a brilliant goal. Brahim Díaz had his third and fourth assist of the tournament.

In 2022, Morocco became the first ever African nation to reach the semi-finals of the FIFA World Cup. Now they're the first to do so in back-to-back tournaments.
