Your Excellency President Tinubu, opposition parties, independent candidates, courts, efcc 240 million Nigerians are writing to express deep concern about the ongoing insecurity, loss of life, and lack of meaningful justice across Nigeria. Many citizens feel unheard, unprotected, and abandoned by institutions meant to safeguard them.
The recent Federal High Court ruling awarding N200 million for the unlawful killing of Kabiru Babai highlights a painful truth countless Nigerians have suffered similar tragedies without accountability. Communities continue to mourn children kidnapped since 1999, victims of Boko Haram, and those harmed by police misconduct. These issues demand urgent and comprehensive action.
Nigeria’s partners around the world are aware of the challenges we face. Citizens are calling for stronger leadership to address the root causes of terrorism, corruption, and insecurity. We urge your administration to take decisive steps to restore trust and rebuild the nation.
Specifically, Nigerians are asking for:
Job creation and economic opportunities
Reliable electricity and affordable internet access
Expanded housing so citizens can farm and build sustainable livelihoods
Free, quality education and modern hospitals across all 36 states and 774 LGAs
Police reform, including CCTV cameras and drones for security monitoring
Investment in agriculture to achieve food sufficiency
Review and reform of institutions such as NYSC, DSS, and JAMB
These are not abstract demands—they reflect the daily struggles of millions who want a safer, fairer, and more prosperous Nigeria.
We respectfully demand that your administration prioritize these urgent needs and work with international partners to ensure accountability, transparency, and meaningful progress.
Nigeria deserves a future where justice is consistent, security is guaranteed, and every citizen has the opportunity to thrive.
