2. The Overlooked Youth.

As you start your day, consider David—the youngest, left to tend sheep while his brothers marched to war (1 Samuel 16:11). His young age and status were excuses to stay home. But God saw a king. When Samuel anointed him, it proved that man looks at the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart. Don't let your inexperience define you. Youth is not a barrier to divine purpose. God specializes in raising up the overlooked to confound the mighty. Your current position does not limit your future assignment; your obedience does. Step into today with holy confidence.
