Why are drivers not obeying road signs in Abuja(Nigeria) ? Does it mean that markings like Zebra crossing and other important signs means nothing to Abuja Drivers? Federal Road safety commission should step up their game on citizen (Drivers) education. Everyone be careful out there while crossing the road.
