INEC: Downloadable PVCs Commendable, Progressive, and Aligns with Global Trends – Ubani

It will be almost impossible to replace candidates with individuals who did not participate in the primary election under the new Electoral Act. It will not be acceptable. The Act and the Electoral Guidelines do not allow it. On the issue of downloadable PVCs, that process instituted by INEC is very commendable and forward-looking.
