Dependant Visa Rights
As the main applicant on a Health and Care Worker Visa, your partner and children under 18 can apply as dependants.
Your partner can work in any role without a separate work visa. Children can access state education.
Each dependant pays a separate visa application fee and, depending on the route, may be subject to the Immigration Health Surcharge- though the Health and Care Worker Visa route itself does not apply the IHS to the main applicant.
Confirm current dependant fee and IHS rules directly on gov.uk, as these are reviewed periodically.
DM me FAMILY for guidance specific to your family situation.
