HCPC Registration for International AHPs

The HCPC is the statutory regulator for fifteen health and care professions including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and operating department practice.

International applicants apply via the HCPC's international registration route, which assesses whether training and experience meet UK proficiency standards.

You submit qualification documents, evidence of current/previous registration, a character reference, occupational health declaration, and the registration fee.

Verify the current fee directly on hcpc-uk.org, as this is reviewed periodically. Outcomes include registration, a compensatory measures requirement, a request for further information, or refusal.
