Your vehicle is stopped at a military checkpoint in Northeast Nigeria. A soldier asks to borrow your organisation's satellite phone, saying he needs to make an urgent call. How do you handle this?

A. Politely explain the phone is your organisation's property you are not authorised to hand over but offer to let him make a call with you present if truly urgent.
B. Hand over the phone without question. Refusing a soldier at a checkpoint creates dangerous confrontation.
C. Refuse clearly and firmly. Your organisation's equipment can not be used by an external party.
D. Hand over the phone, but take a photo of the soldier first so you have evidence for your incident report should anything else happen.
