Your Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, opposition parties, independent parties, courts, efcc 240 million Nigerians are
writing as concerned Nigerian citizen who believes that the newly announced $170 million DICE Fund under the iDICE Programme must be handled with full transparency and accountability. Nigerians have seen too many development funds disappear into private pockets, luxury cars, private jets, and mansions. We cannot afford for this investment to become another example of mismanagement.

We demand that every kobo of this fund be publicly tracked online global internet. The full breakdown of how the money will be allocated, disbursed, and monitored should be uploaded to a globally accessible platform. Nigerians deserve real-time visibility into how this investment is being used.

Furthermore, Nigeria’s unemployment crisis requires urgent and direct action. We do not need complicated online applications or interviews that exclude millions. We need a simple, universal system based on valid Nigerian identification—National ID or passport. Every Nigerian deserves access to job opportunities without barriers, slogans, or bureaucracy.

We demand for a nationwide employment initiative that prioritizes practical work, real skills, and immediate engagement. Paper signings, photo ops, and ceremonial announcements do not solve unemployment. Action does.

Nigeria’s 240 million Nigerian are ready to work. We ask for a transparent, accountable, and inclusive process that ensures this fund delivers real progress—not waste, not corruption, and not empty promises.
