The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has announced that it has successfully uploaded the nomination details of its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and running mate, Rotimi Amaechi, to INEC’s candidate nomination portal, describing the move as a key milestone in its preparations for the 2027 general election. Meanwhile, INEC says nine political parties have collected access codes to upload candidates’ particulars, including the APC, LP, ADC, SDP and PRP. The electoral commission stressed that parties must obtain the codes directly through authorised representatives and comply strictly with its nomination guidelines.
