Read somewhere today that, though very rare, it's possible for a couple both having blood group O to birth a child with blood group A.
This is due to one medical term, Bombay phenotype. Please read it up because I'm not a professional.
In probability if there's a likelihood of something occuring, no matter how faint, then just pray you're not the (un)lucky person it fulfills upon.
So don't rush to conclude paternity identity of your child based on blood group discordance. You may just create an unnecessary and unfortunate schism between you and yours. An emotional damage she may never heal from.
Better to go for more specialized tests to clear all doubts. Life happens.

Danny Angbashim: Yeah DNA is the sure test for paternity but for those who can't afford it blood group matching provides some weak assurance.
