"For You, O Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, and the lifter of my head." — Psalm 3:3

When fear surrounds me, you surround me more. When battles rise, you become my shield. When shame whispers, you remain my glory. When disappointment bows my head, your hand gently lifts it again.

I will not define myself by my struggles, nor measure my future by my present circumstances. My confidence is not in what I possess, but in the God who goes before me. You are my protection in uncertainty, my honor in obscurity, and the one who raises my eyes toward hope.

Today I choose courage over fear, faith over anxiety, and praise over despair, for You, O Lord, are my shield, my glory, and the lifter of my head. Amen.
