TaxMateNG v1.4.5 is now live, and we're looking for professionals to help test it.

Over the past few months, we've been working on one core idea:

Can everyday bookkeeping produce compliance-ready financial records instead of leaving everything until filing season?

That question has shaped much of the latest release.

Some of the major improvements include:

• VAT schedule generation aligned with the latest Rev360 template.

• Automatic synchronization between the transaction ledger and the Asset Register, reducing duplicate data entry.

• Improved Corporate and Personal Income Tax engines based on extensive stress testing under the Nigeria Tax Act (NTA) 2025 framework.

• Enhanced PDF reports and structured CSV exports for VAT, PAYE, Capital Allowances, WHT, Inventory, and other compliance schedules.

• Numerous fixes and workflow improvements throughout the platform.

One thing we've discovered while building the software is that many compliance challenges don't actually begin during tax filing.

They usually begin much earlier, when financial information becomes fragmented across notebooks, spreadsheets, POS alerts, WhatsApp messages, bank statements, and disconnected systems.

Our goal is to help organize those records throughout the year so that reporting and compliance become much less stressful.

Now we'd like to see how the system performs in real businesses.

We're opening a small **Professional Review Program** for:

• Accountants
• Tax practitioners
• Consultants
• SMEs
• Business owners
• Finance teams
• Anyone who works regularly with financial records

Participants who actively test the platform and provide constructive feedback will receive complimentary full access while participating in the program.

We're not looking for people to simply say the software is good.

We're looking for people who will challenge it.

Tell us what doesn't make sense.
Point out missing workflows.
Suggest features.
Find weaknesses.

That kind of feedback helps us build a better product for everyone.

A short walkthrough video is attached showing some of the latest workflow in action.

I'd genuinely like to hear what finance professionals and business owners think.
