The South African government must be held accountable for its failure to protect foreigners from repeated xenophobic attacks.

When innocent people are harassed and assaulted while authorities fail to stop it, it sends a dangerous message that such violence can continue with impunity.

No African should be persecuted for being born in another African country. Africa deserves better.
