🚤 Lagos deepens ferry safety training.

The Lagos State Government, through LASWA in partnership with Interferry, has completed the second module of its 18-month Ferry Safety Development Programme.

50 participants received hands-on seamanship training covering rope handling, mooring, anchoring and deck maintenance, with the next module focusing on emergency preparedness and international safety standards.

The initiative aims to improve maritime safety and build a more professional water transport sector across Africa.
