The prime suspect in the extra-judicial k!ll!!ng of 28-year-old Oghenemine Ogidi, aka "OG Million," in Effurun, Delta State, (ASP) Usman Nuhu, and four other police officers were arraigned before Justice M. Nduka of the Delta State High Court, Asaba.

When the charges were read to them, they all pleaded not guilty.

With that, Justice M. Nduka adjourned the matter to July 14, 2026, for the commencement of trial, while all the defendants remain in custody pending further proceedings.
