Why International Candidates Fail NHS Interviews.

Shortlisted does not mean hired. NHS panels score against a competency or values framework using STAR — Situation, Task, Action, Result. Most candidates give the Situation and Action and skip the Task and Result, where reflection and outcome belong.

Panels also expect fluency in NHS governance language — DATIX, PSIRF, Duty of Candour, NEWS2, relevant NICE guidelines — which signals you understand how the NHS actually operates, not just clinical theory.

That is Day 3 complete. Thursday we cover NMC registration in full, with verified fees and timelines.

DM me INTERVIEW if you have an upcoming NHS interview and want preparation built for that specific role.
