When completing an NHS job application through TRAC — used by the majority of NHS Trusts — there is a question about your right to work. If you answer no, a free-text field appears.

A blank field or a one-line answer ("I require sponsorship") gives the recruiter nothing to act on. Per NHSBSA's own published TRAC guidance, the Recruiting Manager can see application volume from the advertising stage, but cannot view individual application content or candidate details until shortlisting is completed.

A strong immigration disclosure typically covers: your nationality and current location, your current right-to-work position, the specific visa route that applies to you, your basis of eligibility (registration body, qualification), and an invitation for the recruiter to make contact regarding sponsorship.

DM me TRAC and I will send you a framework you can adapt.
