Viewing the mind as a vessel treats knowledge as a static commodity to be poured in and tested. Treating the mind as a fire means education should ignite a dynamic, self-sustaining desire to search for truth and originality. The best teachers and leaders aren't just pouring in data; they act as kindling—asking thought-provoking questions, telling compelling stories, and encouraging hands-on exploration to help the learner create their own intellectual blaze.
