🇳🇬🪖NIGERIAN ARMY MANPOWER EXPANSION PLANS UNDERWAY

The Chief of Army Staff has given key updates as 4,937 recruits passed out from one of the three Army Recruit Training Depots in Osogbo.

KEY POINTS:
These recruits form part of the first batch of 28,000 personnel approved by President Bola Tinubu to significantly boost national security.

The three training depots (Amasiri-Eda, Osogbo, and Zaria) are expected to collectively produce 14,000 recruits in two streams a substantial increase from the previous annual output of around 12,000.

This is a bold and strategic move to strengthen the Nigerian Army and enhance our defence capabilities.
