“He Lives In A Creative Realm” - Hanks Anuku’s Manager Clears Air On Actor’s Mental State

Nollywood veteran Hanks Anuku’s manager, *Moses Allen*, has responded after a viral video from Wuse 2, Abuja raised concerns.

The video, which surfaced June 27, 2026, showed Anuku by a roadside talking to himself with a cup in hand.

Speaking to Premium Times, Allen said the actor is _“mentally stable and in good health.”_

He explained: _“Hanks is a character; he’s an actor... An artist is actually never really normal... because your presence is in a different realm, in a creative realm. He does not live in a normal world as we do.”_

Allen added there was “nothing in the video to suggest mental illness” as Anuku was “neither naked nor abusive.”

*Reminder*: Hanks previously said a 2022 viral video of him “acting a madman role” was mistaken for breakdown, and it cost him jobs.

Veterans Segun Arinze & Jerry Amilo have also called the June 27 clip “an old video.”
