President Tinubu Dragged to Court Again — Fresh Suit Seeks to Disqualify Him from 2027 Election Over Alleged Certificate Forgery

A group called the Centre for Reform and Public Advocacy (CFRPA) has filed a new case at the Federal High Court in Kano (Case Number: FHC/K/CS/312/2026).

They want the court to stop President Bola Ahmed Tinubu from running in the 2027 presidential election.

The group says Tinubu gave INEC fake certificates from Chicago State University and a fake NYSC certificate during the 2023 elections.
