@Ojyokpe Karu district had good roads before it deteriorated and when the roads were first built in the early 2000s, there was no fanfare because it was the dividends of citizens' taxes. My advise to Mr. Wike and his companions is that building infrastructure is not a big deal. It is only a big deal when it is not done.
