State Police Is Not The Problem, Political Control Is - Inalegwu

I have been consistent in my position on state police. My concern is not the decentralisation of the police, but whether the current police system can produce an effective decentralised police force. I am also concerned that some governors want the power to appoint and control state police for political purposes.
