"If I Had Won, I Would Have Sponsored Hisbah in Jos" – Pasali

Former House of Representatives aspirant for Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency, Hon. Khalifa Pasali, says he would have sponsored the establishment of Hisbah in Jos if elected, describing it as a tool to tackle drug abuse, prostitution, corruption, alcohol consumption, and other social vices.

Pasali argued that with over three million Muslims in Plateau State, the absence of Hisbah is a disadvantage to the Muslim community.

He added that despite not winning the election, he remains committed to pushing for its establishment.
