I waited on this state police issue because I wanted to laugh at Nigeria.

Before the Civil War, when the wanton killings of innocent Igbos got worse, Col. Ojukwu met with Yakubu Gowon to discuss decentralization of federal powers and in fact, he was the very first person to talk about the creation of state police.

What happened?
Nigeria chose to kill over 3m Igbos over it and after 60 years, have gone back to the creation of state police.
