Operatives of the Lagos and Ogun police commands have rescued five kidnapped victims and killed four suspected kidnappers during a joint operation in forests along the boundary between both states.

The operation, codenamed Operation Kosaye, was launched less than 48 hours earlier and targeted criminal hideouts around the J3/J4 axis of Ogbere in Ogun.
