Court Nullification: NDC Will Challenge the Ruling at the Court of Appeal - Owotorufa

The NDC did not obtain its judgment by force. The court’s decision was based on the facts and evidence presented before it. We will challenge this unfortunate ruling at the Court of Appeal, and the party has assembled a team of lawyers to pursue the appeal. We believe this ruling is unprecedented, cannot stand, and will be overturned.
