Henry Emeka: @FrancisSmiles with safeguards all good but we do not trust the Nigerian govt past/present, opposition parties, independent candidates, courts, efcc, police, military , airforce, dss governors in the 36 states 774 LGA to use the money for the benefit of 240 million Nigerians we see these for decades...
