You're Allowed To Rest This Weekend. Genuinely.
I talk to a lot of people who treat every weekend as another study session, another application deadline, another thing to feel behind on. I understand exactly where that comes from — the stakes feel enormous, and they often genuinely are.
But burnout doesn't make you more competitive. It makes your interview answers flatter, your CV less carefully proofread, your patience shorter with a process that already asks a great deal of patience from everyone going through it.
If you've worked hard this week — studying, applying, preparing — let yourself actually stop for a few hours today. The application that's still sitting there tomorrow will benefit far more from a rested mind than from one more exhausted hour tonight.
Whatever stage you're at in this journey, you're allowed to take up space, rest properly, and come back to it without guilt.
See you tomorrow.
