You may not have received what you prayed for yet. Before you allow disappointment to consume you, pause for a moment.

The fact that you woke up this morning is an answered prayer that many people longed for but never received. Someone went to bed last night with plans for today but never lived to see the sunrise. You did.

That doesn't mean your pain isn't real or that your prayers don't matter. It simply means there is still purpose in your life.
Gratitude doesn't deny what you lack; it helps you recognize what you still have.

So today, thank God for the gift of life. Don't take it for granted. It is one of the greatest blessings we often overlook while waiting for the next one.

Start your day with gratitude, and trust that the God who woke you up is not finished with your story.
