The Court Ruled That NDC Was Deemed Registered By INEC - Enekweizu

Reading the entire judgment, the court made several consequential orders that effectively treated the NDC as having been registered by INEC from the date we submitted our application. INEC had a legal duty to register us after we met all the requirements, but it retused to do so without any lawrul justitication. That is what compelled us to go to court.
