This is a thoughtful and important observation. Democracy thrives when elections—not endless courtroom battles—reflect the will of the people. While the judiciary must remain independent, its judgments should also be consistent, transparent, and easy to understand to preserve public confidence. A justice system that inspires certainty strengthens democracy; one that creates confusion risks weakening it.
