A building is marked for demolition and occupants were asked to vacate, but NO they didn't.
... And then the unthinkable happens, building collapsed and lives are lost.
It's a pity really, but some people doesn't value their lives.

Danny Angbashim: Things are often more complicated than we see or think; not justifying their (in)actions though.
For some there's simply nowhere to move to so they hang on hoping that nothing will happen, especially as they see some buildings marked for demolition remain standing for years.
