Some countries experience earthquakes, a natural phenomenon. A developing country like ours, however, appears to have orchestrated its own "earthquakes" in the form of building collapses. Building collapse has become a recurring decimal. It is unfortunate that many of these tragedies are not acts of nature but the consequences of human failure.
