Define the "Colour Code" system of alertness used in personal security.

White = Unaware (dangerous)
Yellow = Relaxed alertness (ideal default).
Orange = Specific alertness (a potential threat identified)
Red = Threat confirmed (action required).

Never remain in white in public spaces. Security-aware people notice what others miss.
