Nelzone2000: Dont get me wrong, It still surprises me that build are still collapsing in Lagos. Do you have any idea what it takes for anyone to build a house in Lagos? You have to go through over 10 agencies before you can obtain a building approval, so what are these agencies doing? Revenue drive?
