The only gift that no one can truly take away from you is your peace. That is why, when someone departs this world, we say, "Rest in peace," not "Rest with your wealth," "Rest with your properties," or "Rest with the money in your account."

Earthly possessions have their place, but they cannot follow us beyond this life. Wealth, fame, and achievements are all temporary, but a heart at peace with God has eternal value.

In the end, what will matter most is not what we accumulated, but whether we knew Christ and lived for Him. As Scripture reminds us, "What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?" Therefore, let us seek first a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ, guard the peace He gives, and live each day with eternity in view.

May the peace of Christ rule in our hearts today and always, because in the last day, our relationship with Him will be our greatest treasure.
