The Constitution Guarantees A Right Of Bail In Regards To Non-Capital Offences - Akinseye-George

The constitution is supported by the criminal procedure laws, like that of the administration of criminal justice law. But all these laws recognises that the judge trying a case has the full facts of the case, so it cannot be generalised that bailed is abused or has become commercialised based on the judgement of the judge with the facts and law before him.
