Sowore's Application For Adjournment Was Never On Ill Health - Musa

Sowore appeared in court on the 15th but they did not sit and did not send a prior notice that the court will not be sitting. He left and made an application for an adjournment on certain days, knowing that he will not be around for a while. Contrary to what the SAN said which was a lie, Sowore's application did not state any grounds.
