The creator economy has officially become a billion-dollar industry.

For the first time, the 50 highest-earning creators in the world generated more than $1 billion in annual revenue, according to Forbes. Their combined earnings reached $1.02 billion, up from $853 million a year earlier and nearly double the $570 million recorded in 2022.

At the top of the ranking is MrBeast, who earned an estimated $300 million and now reaches 873 million followers across platforms.

What's striking is that today's biggest creators are no longer just influencers. They are building media companies, consumer brands, streaming shows and tech businesses worth billions.
