“Not Every Cartoon Is Child-Friendly”

On today’s Child Series, let’s talk about the kind of cartoons many children are exposed to today.
One dangerous mistake many parents make is assuming that every cartoon is automatically safe because it is animated or colorful. Sadly, many modern cartoons now promote disrespect, bullying, violence, bad language, immoral behavior, rebellion, and other unhealthy attitudes disguised as “fun” and entertainment.

Children are great imitators. What they constantly watch can slowly shape their speech, behavior, attitude, and character. A child who repeatedly watches rude or aggressive cartoon characters may begin to act the same way at home, in school, and around others.

Not all cartoons are truly made for children. Some are designed for teenagers or even adults, despite their playful appearance.

parents and guardians must become more intentional about what children consume on screens.
A screen should never replace proper parenting and guidance. Children should be directed toward content that teaches kindness, honesty, discipline, respect, creativity, empathy, and good morals.

A child’s mind is delicate. What enters it daily will eventually reflect in their words, choices, and lifestyle. Let us protect not only the children’s bodies, but also their hearts and minds.
