A client rejected a professional quotation to save money.

Today, the inverter is faulty.

No office in Nigeria.
No warranty support.
No replacement.

Here’s the painful part…

He bought it from Arena because it was cheaper.

The inverter and lithium battery have no support presence in Nigeria.

Even the “550W” solar panels sold to him turned out to be 450W panels.

Now he’s stuck with a faulty system and nobody to hold accountable.

In solar, don’t just buy products.

Buy accountability.

Because when things go wrong, warranty is only as good as the person standing behind it.
