OFFICIAL SCAM
In 1974 North Korea ordered for 1000 units of Volvo cars and other industrial equipment worth $74m from Sweden. After taking delivery North Korea ignored all requests, reminders and pleas to honour the invoice.
The debt is said to have risen to about $300m due to accumulated interests.

Will North Korea ever pay for these cars? Most unlikely. And there's not much Sweden can do about it other than grumble and write off the debt from their books.
