Rufai Oseni's take on the state police is not totally right.
Time they say is of essence. We have many presidents that have failed to do anything. He should allow the Bational.Assemly to work on this bill. The journey of a thousand years starts with a step.
We are not going to get it right at first, but as time goes on, we will be able to make it work. We need the state police.
