HIRING: HR OPERATIONS LEAD
Location: Igbariam, Anambra State

Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Onsite (40 hours weekly)
Salary: ₦750,000 – ₦950,000 net (slightly negotiable)

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.)
* 7–10 years HR experience with strong HR operations exposure
* Experience in FMCG or other structured environments is required
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR compliance
* Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
* Experience leading HR teams and driving operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
* Maintain accurate HR records and improve HR processes
* Support business units with HR advisory and workforce planning
* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
* Ensure compliance with labour laws, audits, and HR policies
* Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
* Manage casual and contract staff deployment
* Supervise HR team members and drive accountability
