There Should Be An Independent Body Responsible For Discipline And Salaries Of State Police - Oshoma

We can draw experience from the challenges we are facing with the federal police. We have argued that the president should not be the one to appoint the inspector general of police, so why should we at this stage put the responsibility of appointing the commissioner of police at the state level on the governors? This will also amount to abuse.
